Established in 1977 by CEO Robert Richey, RCR Companies is the largest plumbing contractor in the western United States. With more than a dozen locations serving new single-family and multi-family housing in California, Arizona and Nevada, we have plumbed more than 300,000 homes since our founding.

Quality Assurance program. Our Q.A. department has its own managers, equipment and technicians, completely separate from our production and service department. We perform quality inspections at three stages of the construction process, increasing homeowner satisfaction and boosting your reputation in the home building industry.
Expert project management. Our salespeople are trained to function as project managers. They stay with the job throughout the construction process and warrantee period, helping ensure a smooth workflow and rapid resolution of jobsite issues.
Dedication to safety. Each division of RCR has a dedicated safety manager who enforces our stringent safety program. Bi-weekly tailgate meetings are held on each project site to ensure that safety is always a top priority on your jobsite.
Consistent installation. Our in-house engineers utilize a CAD (computer-aided drafting) system to produce accurate pre-fabricated installation. This process maintains consistency throughout the project.
Skilled, experienced, hands-on plumbers. Field superintendents who average 15 years’ experience oversee our hourly plumbers. Realistic budgets allow quality installation at a competitive price.

Value engineering/Plan checks. Our expert design team can help streamline and value-construct your projects. We are also able to provide engineered plan checks for your city submittal process.
